A small studio for practical skills.
Cloverlight Studio is an independent learning platform created by Felix Greyson to make useful digital and creative skills easier to understand.
Most people do not need to become experts. They need one clear explanation, a couple of good examples, and permission to try something and get it slightly wrong the first time. That is the whole idea here.
Courses are short, self-paced and built around making things. Every module ends with something to try rather than something to memorise, and the tools you use during a course stay available afterwards, because a skill you cannot practise is not really a skill yet.
The subjects will vary — image prompting, visual storytelling, writing, digital organisation, job applications, practical AI skills — but the approach does not. Clear language, honest examples, no jargon for its own sake, and no pretending a tool is more predictable than it is.
Practical over theoretical
If you cannot use it this afternoon, it probably belongs in an appendix rather than a lesson.
Approachable, not simplistic
Plain language and real depth are not opposites. Nothing here talks down to you.
Room to experiment
Exercises are designed to be attempted badly first. That is how the useful part happens.
Honest about limits
Where a tool is unpredictable, the course says so, and teaches you how to work with that.
